Services:We recommend servicing your forks and shock between 30-40 hours (or sooner depending on bike and rider). As oils break down, they loose their ability to create a protective film between moving parts. Nitrogen can seep into shock oil. Fork or shock seals will lack proper lubrication causing them to leak. Riding past the regular service interval will create either a soft, harsh or poor handling machine. Prolonged use of suspension without servicing can cause major damage to suspension internals!

Oil ChangesFork Oil Change - New forks come with break-in oil in the outer tubes. New suspension break-in is typically done within 3-5 hours of ride time. After that time we recommend cleaning out both outer tubes and filling forks with regular fork oil.
$80.00 labor Shock Oil Change - Shock oil change time varies depending on shock type and manufacturer. Bladder type shocks typically need serviced sooner than piston type reservoir shocks. Shocks will be drained, filled, bled and refilled with the proper nitrogen pressure. $80.00 labor Fork & Shock RevalvingRe-valving suspension tailors your bike to specifically fit you and the type terrain you are riding. A bike off the showroom floor is setup to meet a wide range of customers, but we are all
different, in weight, height, age, riding style and type of riding we decide to use the bike for. Revalving your existing suspension setup is the true way to get the most out of your machine. No matter who you are, from a first time rider to a seasoned pro looking to compete in any motorcycle racing circuit, everyone can benefit from a custom tuned suspension setup. Spring ConversionsAlthough the current air fork is extremely versatile, light weight and sometimes costs less to setup, some people just prefer the feel of a traditional spring. We understand! The hassle of setting multiple air pressures, air pressures changing due to temperature, or possible fork
collapse due to seal failure. We carry and can install a wide range of spring conversions, whether its a single spring or dual spring we have every possible conversion in a range of styles, brands and price ranges from companies like... Race Tech, WP, Pro Circuit, MX-tech, K-tech, KYB and more. Call for pricing. Spring Conversion - Includes disassembly, cleaning, air cartridge removal, bottoming cup installation on certain kits, fork lug replacement on certain kits, spring conversion install, synthetic oil volumes set, compression and rebound clicker adjustments. $80.00 - $240.00 labor |
Fork Seal ReplacementFork seal replacement - Includes outer tube disassembly, inspection of outer tubes and bushings, fork seal replacement and oil levels set to spec.
$120.00 labor Fork RevalveIncludes complete disassembly, complete cleaning and polishing of all moving
parts, inspection of all components, piston changes upon request or where recommended, changing of compression and rebound shim stacks, spring rate changes, most aftermarket parts installation, fork lowering upon request, new synthetic oils set to specific volumes, compression and rebound clicker adjustments, along with fork height recommendation. Every fork revalve will include a one-on-one track-side tuning session, to get the most out of your setup. $220.00 labor Fork & Shock LoweringThere's some situations we try to stay away from bike lowering, since it does take away from ground clearance and suspension travel. But in some cases it is extremely beneficial. Lowering both the forks and shock equally plays a big part in cornering and overall bike handling. For example, a shock that's lowered without the forks will cause the bike to have “chopper” like handling characteristics, therefore decreasing turning ability but adding high speed stability. Forks being lowered without the shock will cause a “stink bug” stance, increasing tight turn
ability and decreasing high-speed stability. Fork Lowering - Includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, lowering kit component installation, and oil volume setting. $120.00 labor Shock Lowering - Includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, lowering kit component installation (internally or externally) $60.00 - $120.00 labor |
Complete ServicingFork Rebuild - Includes complete disassembly of outer tubes and inner cartridges, complete cleaning, light polishing of lower fork tubes, inspection of all components and service limits, bleed with new synthetic fork oils and set oil levels in forks to rider preference.
$140.00 labor Shock Rebuild - Includes complete disassembly, complete cleaning, polishing of the shock shaft, inspect of all components, measure service limits of parts, bleed with new synthetic shock oil and set nitrogen pressure. $140.00 labor Shock RevalvingIncludes complete disassembly, complete cleaning and polishing of all parts, inspection of all components, piston changes upon request or where recommended, changing of compression and rebound shim stacks, spring rate changes, most aftermarket parts
installation, bumper installation, bladder installation, shock shaft shortening upon request or recommendation, filling with synthetic oils and filled with nitrogen set to spec. Compression, rebound and spring pre load adjustments. $220.00 labor |
