- MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING! Tired of your sprocket bolts coming loose? Or worse case, sheering off in the middle of nowhere? It happens ALL THE TIME with chain conversions! If you built a higher horsepower engine or popping wheelies this is the FIX! Install these and NEVER worry about them AGAIN! 35% stronger than 8 grade hardware.
- This kit replaces the normal bolt hardware with a black broached ARP Chromoly stud, 12p ARP Chromoly nut and lock washer. Made to work with stock or aftermarket wheels with 7/16-14 thread pitch. Can be used with aftermarket chain drive, OEM or Aftermarket pulleys. Kit includes 5 studs, 5 nuts and lock washers. Note* Studs protrude 38mm after fully installed into wheel.

- Install Tips: *WARNING on certain models the weld on the inside of the swingarm, holding the belt shield tab, may need to be ground down a few millimeters for clearance! Please make sure wheel THREADS ARE CLEAN and studs are bottomed out all the way to the shoulder before permanently installing! We recommend using a thread chaser before install! USE RED LOCTITE on studs and nuts! Install studs to wheel with red loctite and hand tighten firmly! Loctite nuts and torque them to specified 55-65ftlbs!
- NOTE* Studs will protrude from the wheel 38mm after install! Make sure there's proper clearance and account for swingarm flex! NOTE* MAX sprocket + spacer thickness max is roughly 28mm. MINIMUM sprocket + spacer thickness is 20mm. MAKE SURE CHAIN OR BELT TENSION AND ALIGNMENT IS IN SPEC! If the sprocket and spacer thickness is under 20mm, make sure proper thread spacing is taken up so nuts can clamp the sprocket properly.

- These studs are manufactured from 8740 Chromoly steel, heat-treated to 190,000 psi tensile strength and precision J-form threads rolled after heat-treated to create a fastener that has threads 2000% stronger than others.
