Harley Rear Wheel Stud Conversion Kit
- MUST READ BEFORE PURCHASING! Tired of your sprocket bolts coming loose? Or worse case, sheering off in the middle of nowhere? It happens ALL THE TIME with chain conversions! If you built a higher horsepower engine or popping wheelies this is the FIX! Install these and NEVER worry about them AGAIN! 35% stronger than 8 grade hardware.
- This kit replaces the normal bolt hardware with a black broached ARP Chromoly stud, 12p ARP Chromoly nut and lock washer. Made to work with stock or aftermarket wheels with 7/16-14 thread pitch. Can be used with aftermarket chain drive, OEM or Aftermarket pulleys. Kit includes 5 studs, 5 nuts and lock washers. Note* Studs protrude 38mm after fully installed into wheel.

- Install Tips: *WARNING on certain models the weld on the inside of the swingarm, holding the belt shield tab, may need to be ground down a few millimeters for clearance! Please make sure wheel THREADS ARE CLEAN and studs are bottomed out all the way to the shoulder before permanently installing! We recommend using a thread chaser before install! USE RED LOCTITE on studs and nuts! Install studs to wheel with red loctite and hand tighten firmly! Loctite nuts and torque them to specified 55-65ftlbs!
- NOTE* Studs will protrude from the wheel 38mm after install! Make sure there's proper clearance and account for swingarm flex! NOTE* MAX sprocket + spacer thickness max is roughly 28mm. MINIMUM sprocket + spacer thickness is 20mm. MAKE SURE CHAIN OR BELT TENSION AND ALIGNMENT IS IN SPEC! If the sprocket and spacer thickness is under 20mm, make sure proper thread spacing is taken up so nuts can clamp the sprocket properly.
- This kit must be installed by a trained motorcycle technician. *We are not liable for improper install or damage.
- These studs are manufactured from 8740 Chromoly steel, heat-treated to 190,000 psi tensile strength and precision J-form threads rolled after heat-treated to create a fastener that has threads 2000% stronger than others.

Lucky Cartridge System
The MXT Lucky System was created to provide a complete performance solution for OEM forks with the following features:
- Huck Valve. As a centerpiece of MXT technology, the Huck Valve has high and low speed sensitive bottoming control.
- Lightweight. Some applications include a dual cartridge dual spring system that weighs less than the original air fork. In TC applications, the Lucky is approximately 3 lbs lighter.
- Low Friction, increased traction and feel by minimizing sliding surfaces connected to each wheel with its own stick slip and friction values.
- Valving systems. The MXT fork cartridges feature advanced valving features and design. All systems feature durable, compound leaf spring midvalves with low inertia. The broad performance profile works well in a wide range of conditions.The base valves include sub valves, which reduce fluid drag and allow for responsive performance.
- New compression and rebound adjusters.
MXT A-KIT Forks
MXT 49mm Complete Fork
The new 49mm Complete Forks set the standard for being the lightest in class for a twin chamber design. The externals are beautiful from genuine Kashima and DLC coating, to the SKF seals, down to the custom billet machined lugs. The outside appearance sends the message that these forks are 100% performance based.
The Blackjack cartridge system brings the latest in fork development. Internally the 49mm Complete Forks include shim tunable spring seats, an internal Kashima tank
that is a low friction design, compound leaf spring mid-valve, and the desirable MXT Huck Valve. The Huck Valve offers tunable hydraulic resistance at the end of the stroke, this hardware has been exclusively designed and in use by Jeremy for over a decade.
MX-Tech Suspension uses Blud suspension fluid because it is has the best performance ratings based on our independent testing among the top brands. This fully synthetic oil minimizes foaming, reduces friction and eliminates wear.
SKF dual compound seals come standard too! Shouldn’t every A-kit have them? This new design has two rubber compounds, new geometry for both the scraper lip
as well as the sealing lip. Molded together these compounds improve sealing lip properties and reduce friction.
Jeremy has invested his career in suspension work to finally bring the 49mm Kit Fork to market, the standard has been set.

most adjustability of any shock. Unlike the competition, this shock comes fully coated and is 100%
already upgraded and truly ready to race!
Light Weight
This is the lightest shock! Minimum of 1 pound lighter than OEM shock.
HUCK VALVE (Speed Sensitive Bottoming Control System)
• Arrests the shock at full travel unlike the hard stop found in stock shocks.
Helps to prevent the shock from deflecting
to the side at full bottom and swapping out. Especially helpful in deep rolling whoops. Plus, the additional compression
damping it also adds significant rebound damping force - giving the rider more time to react to full impact
before the shock recoils.
• Speed Sensitive, the active movement transitions smoothly even with sudden mid-stroke acceleration.
